WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Paypal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and cash payments. In order to book your party rentals you must place a $50 deposit to hold the items. No refund will be returned for cancellations on day of event. An invoice will be sent to you stating the items you are renting including prices and terms of agreement. We are a Long Island based business for deliveries outside of a 10 mile radius will incur a $20-$50 delivery fee. 

How long can I rent the items?

Rental items can be used for up to two days for the same price. After the second day it will be reduced to half price of the original amount. For example if you rented a game for $100 you can use it for two days but on the 3rd day the price of that game will be $150. 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

We expect all rental items to be returned in the same way that you received it. It should be cleaned and not damaged. We will do a walk around with each item to ensure we are clear that you are receiving each item in good standings. For items that are lost or damaged we will include in the invoice the fees required in the event that it happens.
